There’s something magical about creating a tiny, useful item with just yarn and a hook, don’t you think? This sweet little wheat stitch purse is one of those projects that’s as fun to make as it is to use. I designed it specifically for crafters who want a quick, satisfying project – the kind you can finish in an afternoon while binge-watching your favorite show.

Perfect for beginners but interesting enough for experienced crocheters, this mini masterpiece holds all your tiny essentials: lip balm, earbuds, or even a lucky charm. The best part? You only need one skein of yarn (hello, stash-buster!) and the wheat stitch creates such beautiful texture without being complicated.

I’ve included clear, step-by-step instructions and plenty of tips because I remember how frustrating it was learning new stitches. Whether you’re making this for yourself, as a gift, or just for the joy of creating, I hope this pattern brings you as much happiness as it’s brought me.

Grab your favorite yarn – maybe that pretty color you’ve been saving for something special – and let’s make something wonderful together!
