How To Make And Stiffen A Crochet Star -So Simple And Easy!

You'll also learn two different ways to stiffen your crochet stars. It's really easy and your stars will hold their shape pretty well.

Instructions
Pick a glittery yarn or yarn of choice and use the hook size recommended on the package.
Start with a Magic loop.

Round 1: ch3 (counts as 1dc =1)
(2dc into magic loop, ch1) 4 times, dc and slip stitch to close

Round 2: ch1, in the chain 1 space (star point: hdc, dc, htr, picot, htr, dc, hdc) Slip stitch and place the next start point in the next ch 1 space. Slip stitch to finish round. weave in ends.

US to UK terms
US sc = UK dc
US dc = UK tr
US hdc = UK htr
US tr = UK dtr
