First letter capital and usual is an introduction like : This…(name of the pattern) by.( designer’s name )… In ths case , the pattern is in the phrase : The Tulip S$#%&!@*ch Face or Dishcloth by Foothills Of the Great Smoky Mountains… Also , there is only one line under the name of the pattern. Hope this help.
