Really easy, relaxing and completely addictive, this pattern is interesting and fun yet a great project to do while watching a movie as it is such an easy-going pattern. .

Materials

2 strands of double knit yarn (light worsted weight) OR 1 strand of worsted weight yarn – see Colour List below for details on the type and amount I used
5.5 mm Clover Amour Crochet Hook (US 9/I UK 5)
Yarn needle

  1. Hi Sandy! I love to crochet, but I haven’t learned how to adjust patterns yet. I think this would be a wonderful place mat, but I’m not seeing the beginning chain multiples? — I thought since you’ve made different items, you would be the one to ask. 🙂 (y)

  2. Rebecca Rutherford Post so your chain would start out at 6 x ? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7): 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 or 42, etc. When you have the length you want, then add another 2 chains. I hope I didn’t confuse you too much.
