Mama & Baby Dinosaurs by Maria Taylor have this effect on kids. It gets even better! They are both made using the pattern; the only difference is the size of hook and yarn.

4mm Hook,
2.5mm Hook,
Toy stuffing,
Tapestry Needle,
Scissors
