This Celtic Weave blanket comes with a free written pattern and photos tutorial which, I hope, you'll enjoy and have fun crocheting it. This is a beautiful pattern that you can use to make a blanket, sweater or anything you want.

Love this Celtic Weave pattern, it's so beautiful and the texture is so precious! In case you wonder: the back and the front of the stitch pattern look alike.

I love the texture and weave of this blanket. It’s thick and warm but not bulky and the pattern is intricate but looks clean and neat. The simple border contrasts nicely with the woven body. This pattern is great for everything from a washcloth to a large afghan. The pattern is designed to work with any type of yarn and to allow for any size you might like to make.

Materials & Gauge:

You can use any size or type of yarn, choose a hook that is appropriate for your yarn. I used Red Heart Soft yarn and a US H/5.00mm hook for my memory blanket.

  1. Above the picture it states that the front and back look alike ” Love this Celtic Weave pattern, it’s so beautiful and the texture is so precious! In case you wonder: the back and the front of the stitch pattern look alike.”

This is not true. I worked this into a baby afghan and it is a one sided pattern
