The “star” of this blanket is the granny square. Square number 2 is a simple striped square with double crochet.

Square number 3 is a pretty textured square, and is important to remember that all these squares are made same size as the granny square.

Square number 4 is a single crochet square, and square number 5 is a bubble stitch (also known as popcorn) square.

For my blanket, I used a 4mm crochet hook and Drops Lima yarn in colours Off White, Powder Pink, Pistachio and Light Grey.
