♥ For one square, you will need approx. 490 meters/ 535 yards of double knitting yarn, 4mm G hook.
♥ This will give you a 20 inch/ 50cm square.
♥ To make more, just multiply by the number you want to make.
Should you want to use Aran/Worsted weight yarn, then each square will come up at approx. 24 inches/61 cm square, with a 5.5mm hook, and you will need considerably more yarn.
Use Your Stash
The idea is to use what you have in your stash, use up all those odd balls, or little bits and pieces you have left over from other projects. Maybe even make a magic, happy, hippy, colourful blanket for yourself.You can mix different brands, or different types of yarn, but do keep to the same weight.
Just be creative with what you have.
