Here is a video tutorial, courtesy of Connie Haney, showing us how to do this beautiful crochet Starburst Hotpad. I recommend watching the video tutorial so that you understand how to construct it and to avoid confusion about the assembly instructions, the video instructions are so essential to putting this all together.
Thanks to Loretta Schepp for this article inspiration and featured image.

How many did you want? And what colors? I love this design and have made about 7 just for me and family. Would you be willing to pay me for the yarn, postage, and my time?

How many did you need? What colors? I’ve made a bunch in different colors and just love this design.

Gorgeous! Tucked this away in my ravelry library.
If you get stuck there are videos on Youtube to show you haw to attach them.
Trish, they are gorgeous and very festive! Thanks for sharing!
Salt & Pepper and Black.
Blue Icicle
And my poinsettia….a little different technique to get the red flower in the centre.
That’s what I did. The written direction for putting it together did not make sense.
I don’t understand the hooking them together in instructions and the videos i have found so far shows everything but joining them. This in pattern I don”t get – “Sc around the lower half of each motif and in each joining sc being careful not to turn piece. Join with sl st to first sc”
So nice
You can’t go wrong with colors either. Any color combo works. I have a bunch too that I’ve made
